This listing is to cover the cost to wash a memory bear and ship it back. 
We recommend you wash the clothing before sending it . Because memory bears are made of fabric that has been used and washed multiple times and the fabric may be weak. 
We do not recommend submerging a complete bear in water as the stuffing may not completely dry. It  can result in causing  the inside of the bear to mold.
We recommend spot cleaning . If you feel spot cleaning isn't enough, you could send it back to us. We can destuff it , wash it , restuff it , resew the neck, and ship it back  .  If we did not make your bear, please send me a picture so I can let you know if our methods will work. You would need to cover the cost to ship the bear back to us.
