We have a 70 day turn around from when we receive your clothing. The rush fee  service is for the cost of my time not the price of expediting the shipping. If you need expedited shipping , I can create a custom listing for you to purchase. 
The terms of the Rush option are to complete and ship one Animal, pillow or a group of smaller items that we previously discussed. I will make and ship the items  within 3 days if recieving the clothing or by a date we have already discussed depending on my work load.
In most cases we are able to ship 2 weeks before the date that you would like the item in your hands. The $15 charge covers the cost of one item .
